To be fair, Braden became a first round pick at Stanford. It's disingenuous to take credit for developing him into a first round player. It's not like he was at some small school and had a breakout year at A&M.

Not sure that anyone said that. Everyone is firmly aware of his back ground and he held the nation's attention when in the portal prior to coming. But pretty cool he was able to back that up and showcase it here. Awesome for him, great teammate. Will be following his career closely.

He was able to work on his swing while here and talked at length about his decision to transfer to A&M.
