Anything that has SEC Network will allow you to watch SECN+.
Thst was not universally true at first but I agree it is generally true today.
The way this works is a form of single sign on where the streaming service reaches out to the media provider to have them authenticate the user and transmit appropriate license grants to the streaming that determine what you can watch.
When you authenticate with your credentials is when it enables what you can watch.
Sometimes this is done magically if you are on a media provider Internet service (Spectrum/Charter does this somewhat successfully.)
Outside your home network you usually have to use actual credentials and depending on location the stream might still be blocked especially if you are at a commercial business.
I could add this to the pinned thread, but the simple advice of using the media provider credentials to authenticate is usually sufficient.
For ESPN ONLY Hulu with an ESPN+ package is both the TV provider and the ESPN login btw. I use Hulu as just the triple play provider without Live TV so the MyDisney for just the ESPN login.
