I truly believe this team is better, I hope Earley and his staff have the ability to get these guys right!!!

A lot of these guys came back cause they love A&M and Earley, I know this isn't the season they were envisioning. We can hate on them, but it really does no good.

I'll be trying to keep it positive, hoping they can figure things out!!!

i think there are very few who are "hating" on them… but saying they are playing bad baseball is true, that's not hating…. yes, i hope they figure things out… but this is bad baseball, players and coaches

I really hope they turn it around. I'm finding it hard to believe that the same team ( basically) from last year could fall this bad unless there has been a change in practices and strategy.

It's not. We had 3 hitters from last year's lineup tonight, and one of them didn't even play much until the supers (and he's actually doing the best of the 3 right now).

I think we turn things around and get hot at some point, maybe not top 8 hot, but this isn't the same team roster-wise.

Prager big time. The others (Jace, Grahovac, and Sorrell for sure) had to have buckets of NIL money not to transfer. Add in Kash, Hensler, and Patton with their NIL deals too.

True but getting more and more bleak by each game.

If they somehow right the ship by Bama and SEC opener, getting into the tournament shouldn't be much of a stretch. Having A&M in the tournament is good for television and the media luckily too.

But they look absolutely terrible right now with ZERO consistency and self confidence. I could point some fingers but it is way too early right now for that.

The 1st two weeks of SEC play with tell us everything.

I have seen many teams crap the bed early in the season to only find their grove. That's where my optimism lies.

No point in crapping on this staff or players. Does ZERO good.

I'm not a huge baseball guy. When last season ended the way it did, and that POS coach situation, I pay attention a lot more now. I've been hoping things will go great this season for all the kids that past up the majors to come back to play for the Aggies. I see a lot of people on this board saying things will get better in SEC play. Does that mean the SEC is easier than UTSA and the other inferior teams we've lost to? Don't we have one of the best rosters in college baseball? How did we go from #1 to losing these game?

Please educate me on what's happening with our baseball team

No one is disputing that is a big variable. But if you can't acknowledge that last year's success, loving their teammates, and playing in front of awesome crowds at Blue Bell and the 12th man support has nothing to do with it, then you are the one being naive.

Baseball is a crazy sport, so many ups and down. Last year we got some breaks, this year.....not so much. What i do know is this, when they get hot they can beat anyone, looks likes it's going to take some time to get there. I do believe they will.

Again, that's not true. We weren't high bidder on all of our players, and all of the big name guys had other very lucrative options.

If you want to say they wouldn't all be here if we didn't offer them competitive packages to what they could get elsewhere, sure.

I didn't say we were high bidder in every instance. I'm saying big money was the most important factor out of all the considerations. Staying at A&M and staying with their friends and familiar HC were also important secondary pieces that outweighed transferring, new school, new team, new coaches etc.

Actually, there are a few that are absolutely vile. But just ignore them. They're probably very unhappy in their lives as well.

I think the team will settle down.

Lots of season left.
