Doesn't matter. You can't do anything about it anyway, so quit worrying about things you can't control. What you can control is, coming to the ballpark and supporting the current coaches and players. They're more upset than you are about the way things are going right now.

Yeah that is a new level of strange where it is over the line to know or want to know how long and for home much our head coaches are signed up for by our Athletic Department.
I swear I had read it over the summer but I can't find anything now. I'll try looking again later.
Looks like any media interest went away after the initial "terms were not yet disclosed" articles. Would be interested to know as well.
There is a website but the most current info available is 2023.

I think there's a website where you fill out an online form and they'll email you the documents
I clearly need more to do. At the august 1st BOR meeting, Walsh was authorized to complete contract negotiations. I'll read through subsequent minutes later this afternoon and see if anything was submitted for final approval.
From what I read nothing was spoken about it during open session, just executive.

Not hard to figure out. The man is 11 games into his head coaching career and all this is coming up? Do you want to be like every other whiny fanbase or do you want to stand behind someone? I see a HUGE opportunity for Earley to right this ship. This is nowhere near the team they had last season, coupled with an entire new staff. Need to find their positions defensively & hitting will come around. Earley genuinely has an amazing opportunity to gel this team & we need to endure the growing pains. Ags know this mantra all too well and it's so dang but here we are & if we want our coach & players to tighten up the boot straps, we must do the same.
He has a chance but if you watch/listen to his postgame comments, he seems kinda lost and doesn't seem to really know what to do to correct it. Regardless, this has been an extremely disappointing start to the season and it isn't getting any easier. His job keeping/recruiting players isn't going to get any easier unless he turns it around quick.

I think I remember the contract being something like 3 years at $900k per year. I think the 'sips had to pay $2.7MM to buy out the previous coach, so we're essentially getting Coach Earley for 3 years at no cost to us. I could be way off base, but that's what sticks in my head from last June.

This is what I remember as well. Unless this thing turns around substantially, I think we need to start looking for someone to coach the team next year. How will Earley be able to recruit with these kinds of performances? That's a big worry for me.Luke The Drifter said:
