Bought in pre sale in January. Curious if this is happening to anyone else? Normally tickets get delivered a day or two in advance, but I still get the "this ticket is not currently available for download" message on the app for Friday's game. Called 12th man today but they are on spring break this week. Hoping they didn't forget to send tickets (laughs nervously).

Try sending an email instead. They've still got a skeleton crew working.

I've went to 2 games this year, both games the tickets arrived about 3 hours before game time

They send them at the last moment to discourage scalpers from buying and re-selling.

You will likely have to go physically in campus to get an answer. And you might be out of time to drop by the TMF…if season tickets you know how you go in and who knows you. If not season tickets then hopefully someone at the park will advocate for you.
