I normally am a wait for the end of the season guy, but I see zero downside to firing now. We have an experienced head coach in the dugout, he can be the interim. Who knows, maybe firing Earley takes the pressure off all the guys who advocated to hire him who now are feeling that pressure? Maybe so, maybe not, but what's the risk? It can't be worse.
