Seeing on twitter people think Sorrell reinjured himself tonight. I know he got pulled early, but I didn't actually see his last AB. Anyone know his status?

Didn't look great. Swung through a pitch and kind of jumped/flinched then limped back to the dugout. Haven't heard definitively how bad if at all it was, but he didn't come back in the game.
Brought him back to early for no reason.
How do you know we brought him back too early? Was coach not listening to trainers and put him in the lineup?Kozmozag said:

On the post game interview Earley said the hamstring was the same this past weekend. He's not 100% healthy and he had twinges with it during Kentucky. Sounds like all we'll get out of him this season will be DH. I don't know when or if we'll see him in the field.

He's only going to be in college 3 years. He's getting drafted next year.
This. As long as there is no risk of making it worse, I think Sorrell will want to play all that he can. He's going to be drafted next year and, barring something stupid happening, will sign. He is the DH for a reason. Definitely not full strength and sure hope he can bat without agrivating it. We directly need his defense in the outfield as soon as possible.
He can't run because he doeant want to aggravate it
Fsrr has done well enough in LF tbat I wouldn't say we need Sorrells defense at the moment.
My assumption was Kash won't play this week at least.

I think it's doubtful, but it looks like they are wait and see mode.

I heard the week prior to the season start that he most likely was gone for the year.
My guess is he tried to come back bc of the 0-6 SEC start. I commend him trying to give it a go but doubt we see him again.

Because he's been playing the last few games, and appeared to tweak something on a swing in the last game. And Earley said just this morning that he's fine and will play.

Just heard it from some players on the team the week prior. I was told he might be out for the year. That was two months ago.
They also informed me about Gavins's shoulder issue. I was surprised he was even playing to start the season and we all know how that went.
Anyway, I'm not here to get into a debate or argue about it. Everything that has happened aligned with the info I was relayed from the players.

The rumors I heard were more outlandish than what you heard.
Nothing I heard was outlandish at all. Both were exactly true.
I was also informed that it was not being relayed at the beginning of the season bc of how it would be received. So that was the reason I did not relay it at that time. But now that both basically have played out, Gavin exactly and Sorrell pretty much the same, no reason to keep it hushed anymore.
