I've been told that the so called "superfan" with the wrestling belt is on an airplane from Atlanta headed to College Station for the softball series this weekend. He's not a LSU graduate... his sister played & graduated several years ago. He will be very annoying & aggravating and doesn't represent a vast majority of us alumni & fans. The games must be on TV so he will be where cameras can see him.

We apologize in advance for him. As a Texas Tiger who supports softball, I'm actually happy to be on vacation and will only be able to attend one game.

Do annoying "super" fans really motivate a team or are they just an embarrassment to the fan base? Can't imagine the team hopes he is at a game because it gets them motivated to win. I may be wrong, but just seems weird when you see these people that want so much attention.

The annoying fans are on both sides and I've seen both as an alumni of LSU and a resident of College Station & native Texan for many years... lol... guess I'm the weird on because I have a lot of maroon and like most Aggies... or is the maroon for all of the years I was at Consol? Lol

I hope the games are good and I look forward to seeing a lot of my Aggie & Tiger friends this weekend.

Edit... it won't hurt my feelings if y'all eject him like what happened years ago when he danced on top of the dugout when his sister hit a homerun... a UPD officer who knew me asked me what I thought and I said to kick him out.. haha

If he isn't calling women derogatory names, cussing at children, throwing objects at people, and pouring things on opposing fans, he will be better than a large number of the LSU fans I have interacted with.

Is he worse than the Whistlers?

Well that video sure didn't portray him as someone you need to apologize for. I enjoyed the story behind his enthusiasm. Maybe the report didn't represent all his actions, but didn't see anything there that appears to be a huge problem. I have seen much worse.

I got hit with a 1/4 full bottle of Jack Daniels the first time I was in Baton Rouge for a game. I was 7 at the time. Thankfully it just glanced off, but still hurt like hell.

That wasn't even the worst thing I remember from that trip.

That jackass has been here before. He's been kicked out of Davis Diamond at least once. He's going to be standing on top of the visitors dugout screaming and yelling and pacing back and forth.

Easiest way to shut him up is to get ahead and stay ahead.

There is a fine line between passion and making it about yourself to the point of being a distraction to other fans. Seems he dances on that line quite often.

I remember going to Red Stick for an A&M football game a few years ago. LSU had a Tiger King, impersonator near one of the endzones.

That fansbase is full of white trash

I posted this about him standing on the visitors dugout because that's what he's done here before.

Not this time. The 12th Man is doing its part; the LSU fans are relegated to a fairly small corner on the third base line.

It's nice to have a large crowd of loud fans backing this team, and even nicer that this team hangs 12 on them and keeps their fans quiet.

Is this what championship level softball feels like? It's been so long I can't remember.

99% percent of the time he has been loud but only cheering for his team. He had some words for the KP after the pick off. That was addressed pretty quickly

He's was pretty rowdy early in the game. After the KP pickoff he was pretty wound up and Heffley turned around and they shared some thoughts.
