I think we should keep a thread for him on the first page as long as he continues doing what he's been doing. He's definitely a stabilizing force on our team.

Did anyone else think he would arguably be the best overall player on this team so far this season as a freshman?

I'll say I didn't have that on my bingo card.

I knew he was going to be fantastic. I didn't know we were going to need him this year.

That throw to get the runner out at home last night was awesome.

I agree with the expectations on him contributing this year were not on my bingo card.

Dude is a 4 tool player for us right now.

His outfield assist against USCe saved that game.

TK2 was the player that impressed me the most in our scrimmage the week before the season started. He was electric. Would've been shocked if he'd not wound up being at least a major contributor on this team. Sorrel's injury opened that door and he has proven that he's a difference making stud. Like a guy who will make winning plays for us in Omaha someday sort of stud.

and I could see him developing some power to get a few out of the yard as the next two years pass.

My favorite aspect about him is he looks like a kid having fun playing a game. Play loose you usually play well.

That throw can't be talked about enough. The speed of the transition from catch to throw was insanely fast. The body control to turn 180 to make the throw. And then the accuracy of hitting the catcher in the best spot possible while throwing off balance. Do we even need to talk about the arm strength of not even requiring a single hop? Wow!

Maintaining a batting average as high as his in extremely impressive for any player of any age in any league, especially a true freshman in the SEC

I thought he would be special. He has that kind of energy about him.

But I had no idea he would be so good this year.

He has been great all season.

His HR robbery in the Tennessee game has been THE moment everything turned around

He is quickly turning into one of my all-time favorites!
