I feel like "pretty common guess" may indicate that there's some validity to this being someone that is/was somewhat on the inside vs some rando burner. If it was a random Longhorn fan trying to stir up drama - why would Schott say there's a pretty common guess on who it is?

Edit to add: even if it was an insider it doesn't mean what was posted was 100% accurate. Could also just be someone who is disgruntled for whatever reason.

Most likely formerly associated with the team, so someone who was terminated or told to transfer. AKA someone with an axe to grind.
