I am trying to plan a baseball tailgate for the tu vs A&M game for a pretty large group of people and there isnt much information online about locations and or the process was wondering if anyone could share any advice.

Does anyone know how baseball tailgates work?

There's no process. I would say show up early to get a spot at Reed next to the lawn and set up there.

The closest you can get to Olsen is Reed. Start there.

For Parent's Weekend, all the RV spots will have been booked long ago, so Reed will be your best option
Like previous posters have said, show up early and grab a spot in 100G or 100A next to the grass.
If it's a weekday game, I don't think parking clears the lots like they do for football.

One of my favorite memories of the CWS run was tailgating along Olson and having the t.u. players flip us off from the bus window as we were waving goodbye to them!

Maybe get a canopy from Academy if it looks like it may rain a little. They're only about $50
We used to put a keg and a BBQ pit in the back of a pickup and pull up next to the railroad tracks so we could see over the right field wall.
