I've now heard this song in two locations in my lifetime:

1) The Black Walnut Cafe in the The Woodlands this morning, and
2) Olsen Field whenever Knoblauch would come to bat.

You're old.
But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

I remember hearing it all the time when I was in junior high. I'm super old.
I don’t get enough credit for the things I manage not to say.

It's a good song. Tune in Yacht Rock or The Bridge on XM and you stand a chance of catching it.

Isn't it funny - as soon as I read the title I instantly knew what this was about. The beauty of Aggie Baseball.

Maybe we can bring back Wild Thing by Tone Loc for a weekend?

It's not lame. I liked it when I listened to it in junior high school and I like it now.
The music the past quarter-century has been nothing but crap and non-memorable.
Those of us born in the 1960s got to listen to real and amazing music in the 1970s and 1980s.

I have heard this as:

Chucky's in love
Chuck, he's in love
Chuck E's in love

Just another song with misheard lyrics in my head...
When the truth comes out, do not ask me how I knew.
Ask yourself why you did not.

Meh. It's "mood music". There's nothing catchy, interesting, or otherwise impressive about it. People listen to music for different reasons. If your thing is "meh" music, or if you're in a "meh" mood, then I can see the appeal of it.

They all bring back great memories, but Taylor and Livingstone definitely had the best songs to fire up the crowd.

I also knew what this was going to be about with that title. Some good memories.

There were a lot of good song played during warmups and in between innings that I miss. The nostalgia of it all!
