The Flex Online MBA program at Mays Business School at Texas A&M is built for working professionals who seek to enhance their careers through the pursuit of their MBA without needing to relocate or quit their jobs.

This program provides a mix of self-directed learning and engaging discussions with faculty and peers. Students enroll in two classes every eight weeks while in the program, meeting once a week per course for 90 minutes live via Zoom to discuss course content, work in teams, and solve business problems.

There is a required two-and-a-half-day in-person orientation held in College Station, Texas,
where students meet their peers, faculty, and program staff. This introduction to Aggieland is an essential launch point into the program that emphasizes networking and relationship building.

I received my MBA in 1989 but it was only a 36 credit hour program at the then ETSU. It wasn't a prestigious program but I worked as an engineer in Commerce and work paid for tuition and books. Profs were good and I studied very hard and did well. Lacks the prestige and networking that A&M has. It increased my salary offers by 30% and I had some differentiation from fellow engineers. I'd higher recommend getting an MBA. It moved me from the box of just being an engineer (nothing wrong with that of course) to being a "corporate engineer."
