And all the emails are pretty much the same - assuring me they are working diligently to ensure that they have made EVERY effort to make their facility SAFE for me to visit/shop/bank/etc/etc.
Home Depot, Lowers, Walmart, Target, my bank, my credit union, etc, etc on and on and on.
I really don't give a rat's ass. I have NOT altered my shopping/banking/etc activities and unless I come down with the virus don't intend to.
I don't think the deluge of "we care about your safety emails" from every outfit you have EVER done business with actually reassures people. I think it actually SCARES THE HELL out of a lot of people and makes it much more likely they hunker down in their homes and use up all their toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
