Please post your translation requests here for Mandarin.
I am sure someone has other languages they might be able to source (Italian and Farsi come to mind).

Last update: 3/14 9:49 Central time. Now you can never check this thread religiously like how we check recruitment numbers!
  • Do not DISCUSS the virus. Post requested translation stuff below. Post question regarding a translation here, Thanks.
  • I cannot verify the sources. Please make your own sound judgement if they are to be trusted.
  • Don't sue me I'm not a certified translator yadda yadda .
Partial translation: 6th (current) edition guidelines for treatment/diagnosis in china
Quote:

Objective:
To safely identify, treat, and prevent the spread of nCov while extending the range of knowledge within regards to this relatively new pathogen.

Viral origin and special characteristics
Ncov is part of the genra Betacoronavirus. There is significant deviation traits and sterilization procedures in comparisons to SARS/MERS. Adequate methods include
  • Intense UV exposure and applied heat at 56C for 30 minutes
  • Ethanol 75% concentration
  • Chlorine containing disinfectant
  • peracetic acid (?) translation literal: "Passthrough Oxygen Methyl acid"
  • Choloroform (?) translation literal: "Chlorine inminator"
... et al.

The asymptomatic period is 1-14 days, average 3-7 days. Confirmed vectors include patients infected with the pathogen. There exists a possiblity of asymptomatic transmission, the diseases is primarily transmitted through phelgum and droplets from the lungs alongside contact. Within an enclosed environment and through constant and high intensity exposure it is possible to be transmitted in airborne states. Other transmission pathways have yet to be verified. It is guaranteed to spread easily within a crowd.

Diagnostic criteria:

Suspected criteria:
14 days before signs/symptoms has the following:
  • Traveled to Wuhan or Hubei province
  • Contact with a known N-cov patient
  • Gone through an area with at least 2 known N-cov cases
Signs/symptoms

  • Fever or respiratory tract signs
  • Signs limited to N-cov
  • Early stages show lowered or normal white blood cell count and lowered or normal lymph node count
  • Of these with an infectious disease history presents requires one sign. If they are bedridden without obvious signs requires two of these criteria, and if they fulfill neither of these criteria they must fulfill all three requirements.
    Testing:
The following are accepted criteria for confirmation:

      1) Positive real-time result on an examination under RT-PCR2) Symptoms N-cov and close contact with previous known infected patient.3) Blood examination reveals positive IgM antibodies OR positive IgG; Note: for IgG test, antibody results from positive to negative, or during convalescence period, or reinfection, or critical period will be elevated 4 times above normal.

    Asymptomatic infections:
Without bedridden features, with normal lung functions must resort to testing for positive on IgM antibodies. Close contact with patient will result in infection and MUST be tested routinely. Contract tracing is also required alongside 14 day quarantine.

I will translate the rest of this later since I keep having to look up words in the dictionary. If I have to figure out how to translate immunoglobulin antibodies and organic chemistry I will toss myself off the jumbotron.

    See below post for context:
"There is no leadership in the hospital, there insufficient supplies, I haven't eaten in a day*, dead bodies don't get removed. Internet/phone is cut off. IF you resign they permanently revoke your medical license. Is that something a human ****ing does? Both my wife and sister are burnt out. That doctor on the phone arguing with his superior to go home to his family for new years is from our department! Wuhan 5th hospital emergency room! I know everyone is celebrating new years, I know everyone is supporting us. I don't want support, I want all of China to know what is going on!"

*Cannot eat because lack of replacement gear.

Need a translation, what is being said at time 2:50 in this video?

[unrecognizable, cut off]. You think I don't want to go home? You think I don't want to celebrate lunar new year!? You think that I/we want to work four shifts a day?! We're in suits all the time for ****s sake. [Unrecognizable] something you all [unrecognizable].

I can't understand the last phrase because accent+speech behind the mask.
Edit: He's also crying/pissed enough his voice is breaking.

The (state of) Hubei has sealed off the road crossing to Hunan!
I am furiously swiping the screen (Wechat updates via swiping), not to cause an atmosphere of panic!
But I am here to tell you the real, up to date local information. And of the updated preventative measures.
    Last line has two translations:
Begin: Under authority we are all but ants (read: We don't know anything)
More malevolent: Under authoritarianism we are all but ants!

Video dated, morning Jan 24th, also known as the last day of lunar new year (USUALLY A HOLIDAY).
In wuhan's Caidian district's Zhinyin lake (Editor note: Cannot find it on maps). There is a construction based off of Xiaotangshan field hospital (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xiaotangshan,_Beijing).Visible are hundreds of excavators at work and several lines of heavy equipment awaiting orders. Per local sources, the construction based off of the Xiaotangshang field hospital is expected to be around 25,000 square meters. Able to host up to 1000 beds for the sick. Estimated time to completion: 6 days.

2nd video is overhashing much of the same except for the following statement at the end:
According to our station sources, the movement was first seen near midnight of yesterday and so far we have scant information from government sources.

Good day everyone, my name is JinGui I am as of now still stationed in the Hankou (downtown Wuhan). I will report to everyone the state of Hubei and national status of the disease. Right now there are 90,000 infections at minimum. The infection of a person who has not been adequately quarantined/treated will cause at least infections of 14 people. I know that most people are getting ready for lunar new year. To meet with family and to eat a family dinner. This year is special, I hope everyone does not go out of doors, do not meet people, do not go out to eat. As long as everyone is well, you can meet later on better terms.

    Video part two:
I have very bad news, preliminary government info has stated that the virus has further mutated into a 2nd generation. In other words, in the first generation, we could treat the patient. Upon the 2nd stage evolution the virus is lethal, the infection ratio is no longer 1:14, but is explosive (exponential). Everyone must hold strong, do not go outside, do not meet people, do not eat out. Thank you everyone.

    Translation of video:
[untranslatable]. You have being laying here for an entire half day (morning to noon), some people have died near midnight and there is still not people to come and dispose of corpses. Nurses, doctors, and patients are all in this environment working. This is the situation of Jindian hospital, there are NO administrators on the ground. The ones I have seen cannot explain anything.

Edit: This is basically a Chinese carol complaining about "I want to see your manager".

BE AWARE THAT THE AUTHOR IS UNFAMILIAR WITH CHINESE GOVERNMENT/MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY. THIS DOCUMENT TRANSLATION IS VERY LIKELY PARTIALLY INCORRECT.
This one is important, document is incomplete:

Be prepared for door diagnostics (in china you see doctors in hospital, not practice like USA), ER diagnostics high level of integration (with what?), to create a great (efficent) pillars for EMS and ER responses, increase training upon staff, follow guidelines for treatment, and increase disease spread prevention measures.

[...] Tomorrow the CCDC (Chinese CDC) [...] has big news coming. It should be that Chengdu will be quarantined and nobody will be allowed to leave. If you live in Chengdu get out to somewhere rural and stock up. Our [unintelligble] county has seen multiple cases of people collapsing and being declared dead within two minutes. Very shocking, don't go outside.

"I got off today at around 4(not sure AM/PM). I'm so ****ing done, It's so ****ing scary, a doctor estimated around 100k cases right now. Ten of us doctors had to deal with 100 patients each. We can't do anything. Can't start treatments because there is not enough material! We do not have enough logistical support. Most of us are burnt out after one day. They are begging us on the floor and we can't do a single damn thing. Take care upon yourselves, the government (high ranking officals) is only taking care of themselves."
Oh and the chat group name is so ironic: A joyful and prosperous family.

"(My) Husband relative is a Wuhan city management official. Internal news, 100k people infected."
Twitter message above pic means "It's someone I know please trust them" yadda yadda.
FYI: "city management" is a branch of officials/police that basically get stuck with **** nobody wants to do. They are pretty famous for:
    1) being the worst of the worst
    2) enforcing **** nobody likes
    3) beating people
    So grain of salt.

Possible not related to this incident.

    [Cut off]
    No we cannot,
    We begin diagnostics now.
The big hospitals are dead (overloaded)
They are sending them all to the local area hospitals (In china there are local "hospitals" in each district and large village).
Issue is these local area hospitals don't have equipment.

Depending where you are local hospital did not even have electricity (this was in Tibet) or x-ray machines.

    Bottom image:
It says Wuhan district fourth hospital (cut off) on the door
    Poster says:
    Emergency Medical procedures!!!
    Personnel are infected!
Stop (all) diagnostics (In China diagnostics/treatment not in same area)!
    Quarantine and disinfect!!

I know there are too many signs to be specific, but are all of these quarantine related? What's the source in the bottom right?

    https://imgur.com/gallery/Tr1a1sz

    Signs of interest
"Non-native villagers from [location] (Its bad quality) are forbidden to enter (this village).
something something village chamber (think city council)."

"People not natively residing in area, are forbidden to enter."

No mention of coronavirus, could be from the plague outbreak earlier this decade/SARS due to epidemic.

    https://twitter.com/a524952/status/1222172055166160898?
First video is a very strange accent. Can't tell what he's saying over the noise. I think he is saying
"Civilians are revolting... Civilians are revolting"? Seems like a riot or something.

EDIT: I think that one of the vans used to transport prisoners/arrests. Sometimes will move cops in 'em too. No dates or anything. Might not be related?

Second video is a raid by local Chinese PLAAP (People Liberation Army Armed Police) special police team. Think FBI HRT or local SWAT team. The twitter title says "Large arrest (Seizure) operation in Fujian". Pretty chaotic and I can here people saying "freeze", "let (me) go!", "Get (this one ) here", "this one (person)", and "move away". Tuy taping says "We are normal people (civilians) - [cut off]".
Edit: That's a pretty new part of town/well maintained... Buildings seem new and ground isn't very dirty.
No dates or anything. Might not be related to Coronavirus. Could possibly be a sweep of those who left Wuhan?

I took a glance at the second videos twitter account... this one is interesting:
