Probably smokers with copd. I'm not saying that's right or wrong, but I'm guessing there are reasons for that stat

My daughter is concerned about all the young vapers that she knows. A number of them have gotten cheap stuff in the past online, rather than the "official" cartridges. In other words, the "healthy lungs" of the teens & twenty-somethings in this country might not be in as good of shape as we're assuming.

I think she may have a point.
