This shows case down at the county level. Doesn't give any detail on demographics though.

Many of these sites vary differently in their counts. That Google sheets site currently shows 83 cases in Texas, while the Johns Hopkins site shows Texas at 221 for example. Today, Dallas County announced 20 new cases, so Texas as a whole is definitely higher than 83. Looks like there is a lag in the official numbers out there from the state health department in Texas. Announced at noon everyday, from numbers current as of 8pm the previous evening

The Texas Department of State Health Services is tracking cases of the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19. DSHS will update the state case count each day by noon Central Time. Numbers are current as of 8 p.m. the day before reporting.
