As much as we need better debt management from the American Consumer... I believe we like to spend to a fault. We don't shelter in place well for long periods of time. We like to see one another. We are generous. We will win, I am confident of this.

I'm also optimistic that we can rebound faster than some of the doomsday prophets here think. The curve will be flattened in the next few months and vaccines/treatments will be determined going forward. The government is going to have to shoulder quite a bit of the debt load in the next few months. This will have longer term ramifications but I think we get through it in the short term.
