That is 95% of the problem and the main reason it is not comparable to anything that we have countered in recent memory.

I wasn't able to watch the Task Force update, but I read one summary that paraphrased this statement from the report:

" People who do not have symptoms are not asking to be tested, following guidance. Even so, 93% of test results are coming back negative, the large majority of which were performed on people with symptoms."

Would that not suggest perhaps it isn't?
