The message basically says "I heard from _________ who knows someone in the CDC/DHS/Govt and they're about to announce that everyone has 48 hours to prepare for a two week long complete lockdown." UPDATE FOR CALIFORNIA ANNOUNCEMENT: These fake news messages are saying Trump will announce a TOTAL LOCKDOWN - no going anywhere - enforced by the National Guard. California is still allowing its residents to leave their homes for essentials.
