Call your family and relatives and friends and make sure they are doing ok through this. My wife reported that three co-workers in her state agency had relatives commit suicide over the weekend. Job loss, stress, and fear can really take a toll.

Yes, people who are not used to isolation or hardship are getting double or tripled up on right now. Stay busy! Do things around the house, play games, watch new shows, call friends, do a work out in the living room, and know that things as bad as they seem will get better. The sun will shine again, so to speak.

Last week I was called crazy when I made the statement "suicides/murder will be higher than covid19 deaths due to money"


I still believe in my comment. We are about to see more folks with no ability to get a job than the world has ever needed. Government is going to start giving bailouts to companies - that will turnaround and fire everyone (other than Execs). This type of thing will create more unorganized chaos...there is very little more dangerous in our society than a man recently departed from his ability to eat (not to mention debt and unrealistic lifestyle choices.)

Would add to your list, PRAY. Pray as a family and personally.

Pray for and support recovering addicts as well. Lots of idle time may be very difficult.
