Deputies are having to be parked 24-hours a day for 2 weeks in front of a guy's house because this man who has COVID refuses to be quarantined?

They better make that man pay for that. Presumably that guy is going to get a bill from the Nelson County's Sheriff's office.

Personally, I would probably just tie this guy up to a part of his home with a 20 meter chain, stick an ankle bracelet on him, and call it a day. give him the number of the ACLU if he wants to talk to somebody to pass the time, and tell him will be back in 2 weeks to remove the padlock. Okay, I don't know exactly what I would do if somebody was being completely unreasonable, but the above thought would probably cross my mind.

Maybe Rand Paul can talk s9me sense into him? At least he's finally isolating.

But yes, I agree. He should be charged or perhaps imprisoned with murderers and child abusers....(joking, kind of).

Put a shock collar on him. That would keep his sorry ass home.

Wow. Sounds like the government is incarcerating him in his own home without due process.

(Yes, this moron should have the common decency to quarantene himself.)

Quarantining someone carrying an infectious disease is well within the established powers of government.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill
