I will say I use Zithromax often, usually 1 to 2 times a year.

I tend to get chest infection easily because I have small lungs. Zithromax has been a great antibiotic for me. What I was told years ago was that Zithromax had a unintended side effect of having an anti-inflammation on the inside of the lung.

I have really good outcomes using Zithromax I usually will feel better after taking pill #2 out of 5 pills.

I have a visit with my critical care pulmonologist April 2nd. So I will find out all I can. If you want to list a few ?'s I will do what I can to get them answered.

As a general rule,try not to take things that say phosphate in them.

As I have stated before, when I worked (O&G) in HIGH malaria areas in the world, we had to take anti-malaria medication (we took Malaron):
1) Before we left (2 days I think)
2) While we were there (30 days normally)
3) 7 days after returning.

Malaron is an anti-malaria drug too.

I really don't understand why the medical community cant see this!!!!!

Really frustrating to see!!!! I know US doctors are not use to treating or trying to prevent malaria, but Oil and Gas Medical doctors are. All they need to is reach out to the largest Oil and Gas Company medical staffs and see what they recommend.
