I thought I'd read that somewhere but I was curious if anyone else had heard/experienced this? Or maybe I just tweaked my back moving heavy objects last week...

We're all hypochondriacs now

We're all guilty of this right now

I've got allergies and I don't let them stop my daily training. I ran my normal 4-5 miles yesterday even though it was mid 40 degrees and slightly raining.

So it is perfectly normal that I got a little congestion on my chest as of this morning. If it were any other time I wouldn't give this a second thought.

But today? Oh, I'm thinking of all the people I'm going to miss as a die at home. And I'm worried that the big three hypochondriac posters here are going to find out and have a HUGE I told you so.

Reveille recommended buying a cheap pulse oximeter (or a lot of phones/smart-watches have them).

It helps with the hypochondriac stuff - if your temperature is fine and your O2 saturation is fine, then it's very unlikely you are symptomatic.

At this rate, better to list what isn't a symptom.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Muscle aches are definitely a possible symptom. Go through the symptom checker and see how you check out:
Is it the Coronas or the CrayCrays?

My back has been hurting but it is 100% traceable to using a makeshift desk and a non-ergonomical chair. I may have to get back surgery if this "work from home" thing goes on for a few more months...

I herniated a disk in my lower back on Friday morning at home. No way in hell I was going to the doctor for it. Used a kitchen table chair as a walker over the weekend. Plenty of ice and stretching exercises since then have gotten me back to walking somewhat normal. Still have pain but I'll just suck that up.
