Works for LifeTime and was part of the 90%. I think they are only keeping corporate personnel on board because the GM of the gym was also released.

She went to apply for unemployment but the online portal is making her put in a pin number she has to obtain on the phone...but the phone number has an automated message that she has to apply online...

Anyone have any suggestions?

Stick with it. My sister got laid off recently as well and went thru this. It sucks, but there's no short cuts from my understanding.

There was a specific number to call to establish/change a PIN. I called and was able to get it done yesterday. That number is 800-558-8321. Supposedly stuff is updated overnight so the PIN won't be recognized until tomorrow (hopefully).

sorry...the CEO of Lifetime was on Fox News last night. He seems like a decent guy. He said the biggest factor in the decision to furlough was the lack of clarity on when they can open gyms again.

I know I'm replying to my own post but...

Follow - up. Got the PIN established but now I seem to be caught up in some byzantine loop. It asks for my SSN. I type it in. Then it says that SSN is already associated with another user ID. Yes, the user ID I set up YESTERDAY. Tried going through this a couple more times. Finally, just got the old "Problem loading page" message. Our tax dollars hard at work!!

My son's trainer just texted me saying, "we have a letter saying that we can open back up."

Yeah, not me. I'll wait for the all clear, thank you very much.
