They know most of these things are impossible to police, the idea is you get a large % that will comply and that's better than nothing.

Based on every trip I've ever taken to Louisiana, this should be official state policy all the time

I feel bad for the troopers who have to have conversations with everyone coming out of LA. If this virus aerosolizes easily, I am sure it is floating around in the cab of a car driving down the freeway for two hours with the windows rolled up. Sticking you head anywhere close to that window to explain the quarantine can't be safe.

I saw cops directing traffic away from an area close to where a live. Every damn person felt the need to stop and ask the cop a question. Of course she had to stick her head close to the car window to hear the driver. That can't be safe.
