Do the tests we have been using (with roughly 200,000) test for SARS-CoV-2 or do they only test for general Coronavirus? Will we ever get an accurate count of how many of those positive tests were truly SARS-CoV-2?

It's specific to SARS-CoV-2. It is specific to the RNA of this particular virus.
