I posted this a few days ago. It's legit, but it's only a forecasting model from one health institute so it has limitations.

yikes... saw this a few days ago and the curve for my state (Colorado) was below the capacities. Now they are all above and the death toll is projected to be about 80% higher.

This site and agency was referenced at the President's daily briefings as matching the federal projections (as of last Sunday).

As mentioned, they appear to be constantly revising the inputs with new data. I also like they show the confidence intervals, sort of a "cone of uncertainty" with hurricanes.

The data really shouldn't be tracked day to day. The big thing here is the overall trend.
