Everyone is talking about chloroquine, but have any studies been done on Malarone (Atovaquone/proguanil), the newer anti-malarial drug? Does it use the same processes to fight malaria that chloroquine does?

I'm trying my best to stay healthy with a daily gin and tonic.

The two drug are very different. chloroquine for instance is no longer effective since in many areas malaria isnow resistant to the drug. Malarone is still effective because it works differently.
