A semi retired former co-worker of mine has medical conditions that make him THE type who shouldn't be in a grocery store these days, even with PPE.
From our conversation yesterday, it was clear that he's still going often only to come up empty handed... double whammy.
I'm meeting him halfway with a few basics that should keep him out of the stores for at least a few days.
No matter what else IS or Isn't happening, his situation is real and he's scared of it, even though he's in good spirits. He's in a town full of laid off workers and crowded stores with mostly empty shelves.
