Everything is. That is why shutting down the world has extreme consequences that no one cares about because the effects won't truly be seen for months and years. But nobody cares about that because it's not right now.

I can't imagine owning a restaurant right now, then watching all of the yard workers, construction people, you name it industries wide-open working. We either all shut down, or non-shut down in my opinion.
To further my opinion, the longer we drag this out the more dependent we're coming on the government in the more they print fake money and the worse this outcome becomes.
