Thank you. Underlines the initial problem with China -->

"As part of WHO's International Health Regulations (IHR), countries must notify WHO within 24 hours of any case of human infection caused by a novel influenza A virus subtype. "

China took AT LEAST 6 WEEKS to report the first case of human infection...

I am confident that we, the American people, will hold China accountable. Economically, not militarily... Through public policy and national security directives, as much manufacturing as possible that is currently in China and that is vital to the American health, welfare, economy &/or national security has to be moved, over time, to friendly allies or to America. To be effective, the proper economic incentives need to be put in place to support such a move.

In order for that to happen, in the near future, the Chinese role in this pandemic needs to be fleshed out for the American public. Senator Tom Cotton, among others, has begun the process.
