Quercetin, Green tea, Black Tea, others?
Is there an effectiveness ranking for these? Do they require a combination of two or more to be more effective?
I ask because I have a quart or two of unsweet black tea daily. I also occasionally brew green tea. Quercetin is on order, and I have zinc though my diet is good and should have plenty already. Just want to have my knowledge correct on this.
