For the most part Brewster, Jeff Davis, and Presidio county are the same. Recently there were cross country bike riders from California that started their journey before the everything really started. Basically they were told to keep on moving.

I am going to guess that there are 2500 soldiers that live in Coryell Co that do not have Texas IDs.
