Good news out of South Korea there have been reports from China and South Korea that patients that had the virus, tested negative were coming up positive again either from reinfection or some sort of reactivation.
While viral genome was detected from the PCR tests, there was no intact, infectious virus present per this report. It appears that the remnants of the viral genome can hang around for quite a while up to months making individuals test positive even through they have successfully cleared the virus.
