This is part of an ongoing thing by the Trump administration about research funding and international consortiums and partnerships. Texas A&M is part of it, too.


The Wuhan-Galveston link will certainly grab headlines now. But there's no evidence or even any reason to believe there is evidence that link is somehow connected to the Coronavirus crisis.

I was wondering whether we might be doing something like that as well.
