Howdy,
I'm writing a paper on potential safety guidelines at this upcoming season's football games for one of my summer courses. I don't think the survey was designed well (sorry, just trying to be helpful).

I think it would be better to use this format for each measure as I'm guessing it'll better allow you to survey participants.

The following are potential safety mitigations. Would they:

-Be required for you to feel safe enough to attend

-Prefer, but not be a requirement for you to attend

-Be too restrictive for you and prevent you from attending

-Not be safe enough for you and prevent you from attending

And then have a global question at the end asking if they would attend a game under any circumstance. You can use that to filter out responses from that participant
