Just do what I did in March...... stop watching any news on TV. I never hear any of that crap until I get on FB and see people losing their minds.

I haven't seen any of that watching Deadliest Catch, Homestead Rescue, etc

Amazing the effect on one's mental well being when you just cut off the "news" from your life.

This. I have the 10pm news set to record, and forward through everything except weather and whatever sports report there is. I've snoozed news sites and doomsdayers on FB, so most of what I see now is sports and food stuff.
