Brother in Law- 53 years old got it first. Non smoker, not overweight, body aches, small fever, no coughing. Was mowing the lawn and felt like crap that night and next day. A week and a half ago. He feels fine now.

Mother in Law 80 years old. Started feeling slightly sick last night.

Brother in Law 49 years old - 3 time Cancer survivor, now blind and doing dialysis from the Chemo has a slight cough but nothing else.

Brother in laws girlfriend who cares for him 50 years old, overweight, asthma started feel8ng sick 2 days ago.

It's a wait and see at this point.

Oh goodness, prayers for your family.

My great grandma swore that Vicks cured just about anything and was a great preventative for all illnesses. When we'd go visit her she'd slather Vicks rub all over our chests and feet. Then she'd hand us each our own personal Vick's nasal sniffer. She smoked two packs of Marlboro Reds a day and still lived to be 92, so maybe she was right about the power of Vicks.

I'd highly suggest that you do some proactive treatments for those that have had health issues.....boost the immune system to fight the virus. There are many folks out there doing this with success. Don't sit back and wait. My FIL waited and did nothing (doctor's orders) and it hit him hard about Day 9/10 and he had to be admitted to UT Southwestern. Fever spike to 103 and O2 levels dropped to 82%.

They are lucky

Yes they are so far. The one who has not had it is the 3 time Cancer survivor with no immunity. Blind and does Dialysis. We still do not know how he has not been sick yet.

BIL who survived cancer 3 times now blind and on Dialysis got it.

3 days of a low fever, slight cough.

Now over it.

So out of the whole family the only one who had it bad was his girlfriend.

Overweight and unhealthy.

did she have to be hospitalized?

She refused. Quarantined to room. Her son's left food and water at the door.

2 weeks and finally getting better.

We're they all together in one place at one time? Any others?

They were all in the same house. My BIL who was the one that goes out and gets groceries and gives medications to my other BIL got it first. We found out he was hanging out with a friend in their garage so he either got it from him or the grocery store.

Then my BIL girlfriend got it and left the house to her Apt to quarantine and gave it to her adult kids.

Then MIL and other BIL.

They wore masks inside the house they said.

Didn't matter. Too much interaction.
