Anyone else running into a problem where they can't use up their Dependent Care FSA due to not having access to open daycare/after-school? There been any talk of relief in this regard or will that just likely be lost money?

Check with your employer.

Mine sent out a notice saying that employees are able to adjust this number down now just like they would under any other eligible "life changing events" to cut funding for it going forward it due to COVID19.

The amount that you have already contributed might be at risk though, if you arent able to use all of it by the end of 2020.
