I am hearing a lot of buzz going on about RLF-100 helping patients in trials right now. Seems to good to be true with what they reported 19 of 21 vent/ecmo patients surviving. Does anyone have any experience with the drug?

Can you be more specific? The only publications about RLF-100 that I can find are all from early August 2020.
I know Houston Methodist used this on a double lung transplant patient that was vented with Covid-19 and had a complete turnaround and off vent within 4 days. I do not know if a big study on this drug for C19 but there have been a handful of very promising results.

I read about the Houston Methodist patient several months ago (?). There was supposedly a double blind placebo study started for this drug in July. I read some of the early August press reports, but there were no mentions of the study results.

The double blind placebo study as far as we know is either done or close to being done. Ive heard some promising first and second hand reports though. But I always like reading more where I can.
