How long do you want to ignore this user?
I tested positive 4 days ago with Covid-19. My initial symptoms were lethargy and persistent headache. However, on day 3, I experienced a bit of nausea and chills and when taking my temperature, it was 95.3. It dipped to 95.1 after about an hour and I added extra clothing and blankets to stay warm. (I live in Houston so I'm not in a cold environment). This morning after drinking coffee, it had risen to 96.2. I've never run a fever with this and it seems I'm having the opposite problem. Has this been seen before and should I be concerned? I should mention I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and I currently take thyroid medication as well as LDN.

That is very interesting. I have never heard of that. Granted, I tend to test out between 96-97 degrees normally. Do you think that you might have a slightly lower temp normally?

Get well. I'd call your doctor as well...

I normally run about 97.5 to 98.2. I've never dipped that low so it was a bit concerning and with the chills I thought I might have a fever.

Did you get in touch with your doctor? That seems unusual.

Have you measured temp with more than one device? Make sure it isn't an instrument error.

I've used two thermometers and they both have only differed twice from about a tenth of a degree two different times. Spoke with my doctor and she said fluids, try to get my temperature up with hot liquids and blankets and if my neck gets stiff or my headache becomes unmanageable to go to the ER . I reached 99.5 this morning and now dipped really low again. Weird.
