I have Aetna insurance and VA medical benefit if absolutely necessary.

What are my chances of me receiving Dexamethasone, monoclonal antibody therapy, Remdesivir, etc. if I get COVId and things go south?

Just trying to calibrate my expectations.

Without knowing your age and risk factors, overall shape, there's no way of saying what the docs would give you. If you're high enough risk, they may hit you hard with everything up front. If you're young and healthy you may not get anything.

Dexamethasone is dirt cheap, I think anyone would get that even if mild-moderate risk for complications.
Remdesivir and the monoclonal antibodies he got are most definitely not cheap. If you need it, you'll probably not be in a position to work with your insurance, or look at prices.
You won't get these treatments unless you need it (require inpatient treatment), POTUS probably got it before he needed it (if he would've need it at all).

I don't know if that answers your questions, but there's no way of knowing for sure what you'd get.

And the fact that you have to worry about what insurance you have to determine what treatment you get is sad.
