That's a brilliant study. Not sure we can take anything from it but I love the, "If we assume some portion of the population losses smell, we might expect X?" Then going and finding X in such an off the wall place. It's pretty cool.

Agreed, not much to take from it but an interesting lesson in the scientific method.

Would be a good high school science lesson imo
