Does longevity of running a fever have any indications of the severity of the disease?

I would not assume so, perhaps some correlation but not necessarily

My wife caught West Nile this summer and ran a fever for over 5 months but she was not hospitalized like some

My 19yo daughter ran a fever for nine days, but was completely recovered by day 12 or so.

Are you keeping track of your oxygen levels with a Pulse Ox?

No, according to my Dr. I just had fever end after 12 days (this past Thursday). Only symptom I had after day 8 (headaches was only other symptom besides some fatigue). Fever was on and off and mainly 99.3 to 100.6 ish and 3 nights where it hit 101.1 or so. It would go away and I thought i would be done and it would come back. That was frustrating. Anyways, it went away Thursday evening (day 12)and that was it.
