I'm sure this has been asked and I'm also sure I've read the answer, but....

My husband and I have been following the supplement recommendations since March when this all started. We finally tested positive Dec 24 and have recovered from a very minimal course of covid (so hurray for whatever protection we gained from the supplements!). I assume that we can cease all the extra protective supplements and revert to a good multivitamin now that we are done. Is this correct?

Respond in his thread, I know people are staying on the COQ10 afterwards for lingering cardio threats and sticking with a dose of D, at a minimum. The zinc stuff can probably be dropped I'd imagine, but ask.

I tried rev's stickied thread first. It was overlooked. Thanks for the response.
