I just tested positive with a rapid test after developing symptoms yesterday afternoon. I've already got a prescription for zpack, steroids and ivermectin. My concern is my two kids and pregnant wife who have obviously been greatly exposed. We thought my 2 year old daughter had it after developing a really bad cough and congestion over the weekend, but she tested negative on Monday - were thinking it may be a false negative now. What, if anything, can my wife do or take at this point to avoid getting it. Or if she does get it, what can she do? I know medications will be limited due to her being pregnant.

I would default to her doctor with these decisions.

She's waiting for a call back from her doctor.
