I've had to be out and about at construction sites recently for work and I'm starting to get nervous about my eight month year old. I think the statistics says it's really nothing to worry about but it's still a bit anxiety-provoking. And concrete stats on babies?

No worries. It would be ALL over the news if it was an issue.

My 9 month old just had it from daycare. Runny nose and congestion. No fever. No lethargic behavior. Didn't slow her and our 3 year down one bit.

Our pediatrician said they've had one kid in their practice hospitalized with Covid. It was because of dehydration.

Infant deaths are a little higher than other children under 20, but I think that's because there are some really sick newborns out there. For instance, newborns with genetic diseases and extreme preemies. If your kid is full-term and healthy, then the chances of severe illness should be extremely low
