Questions for Real doctors...

Shouldn't the hospital/society just vaccinate patient admired to hospital for other reasons?

Are we just waiting for doses to rise to adequate level before this policy kicks in? what are we waiting ?

Are you taking about vaccinating them when they come in the door for some procedure?

Since it takes weeks to mount the response from the vaccine, the only thing you are buying is a central distribution point. From an epidemical perspective, you would just as well served going business to business or house to house.

And in many cases, you don't want someone who is already sick having to mount an immune response to a vaccine

I think this will be very commonplace when the single dose vaccines are available.
