To me the principal reason for the vaccinated to continue to wear a mask is to set a good example for those who aren't. Community case loads are still high enough that people should be wearing masks. If 10-20% of people stop wearing them because they are vaccinated, that starts to become a social pressure on others to stop wearing them. (Also - you'll have a slew of people claiming they are vaccinated just to stop wearing a mask.)
Secondary reason is that the vaccines aren't perfect and there is still enough transmission out there to put people at risk. A 95% effective vaccine alone is fine when cases are generally rare. If 4-5% of the population is actively infected, a mask + vaccine makes more sense.
I think the CDC guidance reflects some recent data that suggest the vaccines are effective at stopping transmission (although less than 95%) so the quarantines are unnecessary. This would also support that those specific people probably don't need a mask but see reason 1 above.
Long-term, I'm betting by the end of April, May at the latest, the mask guidance will get relaxed as well.
